Group BRS was founded in 2016 as a specialist in roof renovations, focusing on the hotel sector and the application of liquid waterproofing systems.
What began as a targeted niche has grown into a full-fledged renovation company with three specialized business units: Flat Roofs, Facades, and Interiors. Three distinct areas of expertise to which we are deeply committed and highly specialized. We are not an all-in-one contractor, but rather a collaborative renovation partner with in-depth knowledge across these three fields.
Today, a team of 40 employees—both in the office and on-site—works alongside a network of specialized subcontractors on selected renovation projects for professional clients in Belgium.
Facility managers, asset managers, property managers, architects, engineering firms, building management associations, hotel operators, real estate investors… all rely on Group BRS for professional turnkey renovations in operational or occupied environments. We make a crucial difference through quality, reliable planning, and transparent communication.
