For Cofinimmo, we renovated approximately 3,000 m² of flat roof on an operational office building. The existing roof structure was completely renewed with PIR insulation and a two-layer bituminous waterproofing system. Thanks to a phased approach with daily compartmentalization, the roof remained fully protected against water infiltration throughout the construction work.
