For the P&V Verzekeringen headquarters in Brussels, we renovated a technical flat roof measuring approximately 500 m² above the commercial kitchen and cafeteria.

Due to the large number of systems on site—which could not be relocated during the work and had to remain operational—a traditional roof renovation was not feasible. The existing roof was therefore completely and seamlessly coated with a liquid PMMA waterproofing membrane, including the complex connections around the technical systems.

The green roof at the building’s entrance was also replaced due to water seepage into the underground parking garage. Here, we installed a new two-layer bituminous waterproofing system, followed by a new green roof.
