For Hotel Citybox Brussels, we renovated the building’s flat roof, which houses a number of technical systems.

Since temporarily dismantling all the systems and installing a completely new roof was not an option, we opted for a renovation using a liquid PMMA waterproofing system. Thanks to this seamless solution, the existing details and complex connections around the systems could be finished with a durable, watertight seal.

As a result, the roof was replaced with minimal disruption to the hotel's operations.
