For the Parkresidentie homeowners' association in Lokeren, we renovated the entire roof structure of the apartment building.

After removing the existing roof structure, the roof was rebuilt with a new vapor barrier, insulation, and a two-layer bituminous waterproofing system. The roof edges, drains, roof penetrations, and skylights were also replaced.

In addition, the elevator shafts were fitted with a new ETICS facade finish and insulated entrance doors. The chimneys were also renovated and finished.
