We renovated the facade of the apartment building for the Koningin Astridlaan Homeowners' Association in Mechelen.

A large number of natural stone facade panels had come loose or warped in places. Damaged panels were replaced, and the remaining natural stone was additionally mechanically re-anchored to the underlying structure. The existing cement joints were removed and replaced with flexible joints.

The concrete damage to the balconies was also repaired. The entire existing structure was removed down to the concrete slab and then completely rebuilt, with a liquid waterproofing membrane, new drains, balustrades, and privacy screens.
