For the VME Residentie Silowet in Antwerp, we renovated the facades of the top floor.
The existing window flashings were repaired to prevent water infiltration. The existing sills were removed and replaced, with new waterproofing and modified flashing details around the window frames.
The facade was then further insulated using an ETICS system and finished with Meldorfer brick slips that complement the building’s architecture beautifully.
Result
A very well-insulated and re-waterproofed attic, with a renovated brick-clad facade that preserves the building’s original character.
