For the Grensstraat 1A Homeowners' Association in Kessel-Lo, we renovated the facades and terraces of the apartment building.
The building's exterior was retrofitted with exterior wall insulation and finished with a combination of decorative plaster and ventilated wood-look siding. As a result, the building not only gained a better thermal envelope but also a completely renewed appearance.
Result
An energy-efficient apartment building with a completely renovated, almost brand-new appearance. The new facade finish enhances the building’s appeal and perceived value, while the terraces are once again sustainably waterproofed
