Group BRS carried out the complete interior design of a shell office space on Groendreef in Brussels for the Association of Flemish Provinces.

The project encompassed both the architectural finishes and the technical systems of the office: interior walls and glass partitions, flooring, plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and cooling, painting, and built-in custom furniture. Various custom-made elements, including the kitchen, coffee corner, and central island, were also part of the project.

By coordinating finishes, techniques, and custom work within a single project, the shell space was transformed, step by step, into a fully operational office.
