Project
For Delhaize Wezembeek, we renovated over 2,000 m² of parking roof.
The existing parking roof system was completely removed down to the concrete slab. A new, traffic-resistant PMMA liquid waterproofing system was then installed. The connections, rainwater drains, and expansion joints were also replaced, and new parking lot markings were applied.
The work was carried out in two phases so that the loading dock remained accessible during construction.
Result
A completely renovated and durable, waterproof parking roof, once again ready for intensive daily use without disrupting the store’s operations.
