Interior Calculator | Technical Sales
As an Interior Estimator | Technical Sales at Group BRS, you’ll help lay the technical and financial foundation for our interior design projects in hotels, offices, and other professional environments. You’ll combine strong estimation skills with technical insight, client interaction, and a clear overview of the project.
What are you going to do?
You will be involved from the initial request through the handoff to the project team. You will analyze the case, assess the costs and risks, and help identify the best technical and financial solution.
You’ll work closely with clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and our own project managers. Even after the sale, you’ll remain closely involved to ensure that what was proposed can be properly implemented.
Specifically, that means:
- You analyze plans, specifications, and other project documentation and determine the scope of the project.
- You conduct site visits as needed to accurately assess the current situation.
- You request quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and compare different solutions.
- You prepare cost estimates and quotes, taking into account technical considerations, risks, and return on investment.
- You actively follow up on your quotes, discuss them with clients, and help turn projects from requests into contracts.
- You discuss technical solutions with clients and help them explore possible alternatives or optimizations.
- You will ensure that the cost estimate file is complete and clear and that it is properly handed over to the project team.
- After the handover, you will remain involved in the overall process. Together with the project leaders, you will monitor the agreements made, technical decisions, and financial guidelines.
- You will contribute ideas on how to further optimize our cost estimation and work processes.

Why Group BRS?
Group BRS is an ambitious and fast-growing renovation contractor based in Kortenberg, specializing in flat roofs, facades, and interiors. We renovate hotels, offices, apartment buildings, and other commercial properties, primarily in Flanders and Brussels.
We’re big enough to take on challenging projects, but small enough to stay close-knit. Communication lines are short, colleagues help each other out, and good ideas don’t have to go through multiple layers of management before they’re acted upon.
Here, you'll have the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute your ideas, and make a real difference in how we approach our interior design projects.
